Boiled Potatoes (Aloo): 2 medium (grated)
Water: 2 cups
Spices: Cumin seeds, Red chili flakes, Salt to taste, Ginger-paste
Fresh Coriander: A handful (finely chopped) 🌿
Oil: For frying
