Since the majority of the content provided is digital, we have a no-refund policy for most transactions. 1. No Refunds for Subscription Plans
Once a subscription to our premium or paid services (e.g., monthly or yearly plans) is activated, no refunds will be provided. All subscriptions are non-refundable except in cases of technical errors or service disruptions.
2. No Refunds for Digital Content
For any video content, media, or other digital products that have been accessed or viewed, we do not offer refunds. Once the content has been consumed, it is considered delivered.
3. Technical Errors
In the event that you face a technical issue, such as videos not playing or content not being accessible, we will make every attempt to resolve the problem. If we are unable to fix the issue within a reasonable time frame and you have not been able to access any content, you may be eligible for a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the problem.
4. Duplicate Payments
If you have been charged more than once for the same service or subscription (for example, by accidental re-subscription), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review and process the refund for any duplicate charges.

7. Abuse of Refund Policy
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be abusing the refund policy (e.g., multiple false refund claims). Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be permanently banned from the platform.
8. Changes to the Refund Policy
ApnaTube reserves the right to change or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated version will take effect immediately upon posting.
