Dream is just not big but beyond the most procastinating stories.

Knowledge is gained with a desire, for future, fulfilling not only basic needs, but a life, a person dreamt or the dream the family or friends shared. It provides a descent job. And more knowledge & skill, do help others giving jobs. So basicalky knowledge is like a swinging pendulum, swing to that to the other end of job seekers to job givers. Ofcourse, both has a resonsibility attached, that passes from coordination, to sharing on job & off the job to their families.

But when we speak of Wisdom, its not the knowledge or experience gained from knowledge. Its a very part of core of all human. That is far beyond the upper layer of caring & concern. A kind of responsiblity, that comes with wisdom. That is how, a Tendulkar is just not found but created. & Many similar stories. Thats why scriptures more often talk about finding the masters or if that is in destiny, a master will find you.

So, the duty & task of the human society, where finding the talents might not be a major task, but building the talents, nurturing them, towards their destinies require Wisdom. Thats why surrounded humans should always, unknowingly allow to let all, pursue their passion. And if indeed the passion, need a master, either the passion will find the master or the master will find him.
Thats how vibrant ancient masters were born, noble laureates were born, sport persons , olympic medalists were born, stoics were born.

Recognising the river, being a river, becomes a major challange for a stubborn mindset. Which for many in the journey, becomes a life learning resource, till it merges with the ocean.
