Together, they live in the fictional town of Furfuri Nagar, later moving to Modern City, and often get into humorous misadventures.
Motu is known for his love of samosas, which give him super strength, while Patlu often uses his quick thinking to solve problems. The duo is supported by colorful characters like Dr. Jhatka, an eccentric inventor; Ghasitaram, who boasts of 20 years of experience in everything; and Inspector Chingum, a dramatic police officer.
