Deewana Movie Review :
Hi guys! Today, we’re reviewing the movie “Deewana.” Starring Harshith Reddy and Sneha Manimegalai in the lead roles, this romantic drama is directed by Srikanth Sangishetty. So, did this film truly touch the audience’s hearts, or did it end up being just another routine love story? Watch till the end to find out!

First, let’s talk about the story without any spoilers.

Munna is a young man who, after completing his degree, spends his days idly at home. He hangs out with friends and passes time without giving much thought to family responsibilities. One day, he falls in love at first sight with a girl named Amulya.

However, Amulya is very practical. She tells Munna, “First achieve something in life and get a government job. Then we can think about love.” That one statement completely changes Munna’s life.

But why did Amulya set such a condition? Did Munna really change? And in the end, does their love story succeed or not? You’ll have to watch the movie to find out.

Now, let’s see how the film is.

To be honest, the first half feels quite routine at the beginning. The hero hanging out with friends, having fun, and pursuing the heroine are scenes we’ve seen in many films before.

However, the twist near the interval completely changes your opinion about the movie. From that point onward, the story takes an emotional turn.

The entire second half is driven by emotions. Although the film takes a few cinematic liberties in some places, the emotional impact makes them easy to overlook.

The father-son scenes, in particular, connect really well with the audience. The director effectively conveys that love is not just about romance—it also comes with responsibility.

Coming to the performances, Harshith Reddy delivers a very natural performance. He shows good variation, portraying a carefree youngster in the first half and a more responsible person in the second half.

Sneha Manimegalai’s role is also strong and has significant importance in the story.

Naresh deserves a special mention. His performance as the father is one of the film’s biggest strengths. In a few scenes, he genuinely brings tears to your eyes.

On the technical side, the visuals feel natural. The songs fit well within the narrative, and the background score elevates the emotional moments to another level.

Overall, “Deewana” starts off like a regular love story but ends as a heart-touching emotional journey.

If you enjoy emotional love stories and connect with family-oriented dramas, this movie is definitely worth a watch.

My rating: 3.25 out of 5.
