Ingredients for Aloo Egg Curry:

-Boiled Egg-5
-Boiled potatoes
-Tomato puree-2
-Ginger garlic Paste
-chopped Onion-2
green chillies-2
-cooking oil

For curd paste

-Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Coriander Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp
- Black Crushed Pepper- 1/2 tsp
- Salt-1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Whisked Curd/ plain yogurt- 2 tbsp

garam Masala - bay leaves,cloves,cumin and cardamom

For garnishing
- Coriander leaves,
