2. डॉक्टर की सलाह को नजरअंदाज करना
कुछ लोग बिना सलाह के दवाइयाँ या घरेलू नुस्खे अपनाते हैं।
👉 हर दवा या सप्लीमेंट लेने से पहले डॉक्टर से जरूर पूछें।
3. पानी कम पीना
गर्भावस्था में शरीर को ज्यादा पानी की जरूरत होती है।
👉 पानी कम पीने से डिहाइड्रेशन और कमजोरी हो सकती है।
4. ज्यादा आराम या बिल्कुल भी एक्सरसाइज न करना
कुछ महिलाएँ पूरे समय आराम करती हैं, जबकि कुछ बिल्कुल भी आराम नहीं करतीं।
👉 हल्की एक्सरसाइज जैसे वॉक करना बहुत फायदेमंद होता है (डॉक्टर की सलाह से)।
5. तनाव लेना और नींद पूरी न करना
टेंशन और नींद की कमी बच्चे के विकास पर असर डाल सकती है।
👉 रोजाना 7–8 घंटे की नींद लें और खुद को रिलैक्स रखें।
