निवेदन है कि मोतीराम पुत्र रुखमना राम जाति जाट नि. सारणो का तला (आदर्श सनावड़ा) का इस प्रकार है कि कल दिनांक 15/06/2026 को रात्री 09 बजे मेरा भाई पीराराम पुत्र रुखमणाराम व सोनाराम पुत्र रुखमणाराम को हेमन्त कुमार पुत्र भीखाराम द्वारा फोन कर बुलाया कि घर से बाहर आओ कि हीराराम की गाय देखी तब से में और पीराराम दोनो घर से बाहर आए तो मेरी खातेतेदारी भूमि में अनाधिकृत प्रवेश कर बाड़ के पीछे 20 लोग हाथो में लाठीया व धारदार हथियार व कुल्हाड़ी लेकर छिपे हुए ये ज्योही सोनाराम ने हेमन्तकुमार फोन किया तो बाड के पीछे से घमण्डाराम/हीराराम, हीराराम/कानाराम, हनुमानराम पुत्र कानाराम, दमाराम पुत्र भीखाराम, हेमन्त कुमार पुत्र भीखाराम, विजय पुत्र वीराराम, कवराराम पुत्र हनुमानराम, नेनू पत्नी हीराराम, लक्ष्मी पत्नी धमण्डाराम, अचलाराम पुत्र कलाराम, खेमाराम पुत्र अचलाराम, कमलेश पुत्र दमाराम, पचनी पुत्री धमण्डाराम व चार पाच अन्य लोगो द्वारा पीराराम व सोनाराम को लाठीयो से पीटना शुरु कर दिया पीराराम व सोनाराम द्वारा रडे करने पर डालूराम पुत्र गोकलाराम, गोमाराम पुत्र पूनमाराम, चिमाराम पुत्र रुखमणाराम, धर्माराम पुत्र विमाराम, हुक्माराम /पीराराम, चेतन पुत्र पीराराम दौडकर आऐ तो उनके साथ भी लाठीयो मारपीट करनी शुरु कर दी रामु पत्नी सोनाराम, लक्ष्‌मी पत्नी चिमा के बाल पकड कर बीच मारपीट की उनके कपडे फाड़ दिये तभी विराराम, कवराराम ने पीराराम के सिर पर लाठी मारी जिससे पीराराम नीचे गिर पड़ा सभी टुपा दे कर जान से मारने की कोशिस की धमण्डाराम द्वारा पीराराम के घर में घुस कर चेतन की पत्नी को घसीट कर बाहर लाया कर बाहर लाया जिसके ओपरेशन किया किया हुआ है। कलु पत्नी रुखमणाराम को लाते मारी गई इन सभी द्वारा ते द्वारा पूरे परिवार को जान से खत्म कर मेरा हुआ समझ कर घर से बाहर निकले इतने में पुलिस चौकी प्रभारी सनावड़ा वहा पर आए तो बदमाश छोड़ कर भाग गए घायलो को पुलिस द्वारा गाड़ी बुलाकर भर्ती करवाया गया रात्री 12 बजे भर्ती करवाएँ। अत श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि मुलजिमानो के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्यवाही कर गिरफ्तार किया जाये। एसडी मोतीराम
