वक्त किसी की अकड़ नहीं छोड़ता समय का चक्र जब घूमता है,तो सबकी अकड़ ढीली कर देता है।
जिन महलों में बैठ कर हुक्मरानों के नाम का सिक्का चलता था। आज वो महल खंडहर बन गए है। दीवारों में पीपल के पेड़ उग आए हैं।
जिन कपड़ो पर अंग्रेजो को अभिमान था
उन्हे आज बैंडबाजे वाले पहनते हैं।
जिन आलीशान हवेलियों के दरवाजों पर
कभी हाथियों और घोड़ों की कतारें लगी
रहती थीं, चौपालों पर महफिलें सजती थी
आज वहां चमगादड़ बसेरा करते हैं।
वक्त न तो किसी की अकड़ छोड़ता है और
न ही किसी का गुरूर। यह एक ऐसा तराजू है
जो हर चमकती चीज को एक दिन मिट्टी में
मिला ही देता है।
इसलिए बड़े-बुजुर्ग कह गए है। कि इंसान को अपनी कामयाबी पर कभी घमंड नहीं करना चाहिए, क्योंकि "वक्त बदलते देर नहीं लगती।
