हे सुंदर मंदीर चालुक्य शैली मध्ये बांधलेले आहे. सभा मंडपाच्या मध्यभागी छतावर अत्यंत सुंदर नक्षीकाम केलेले आहे.

ह्या मंदिरात पाहण्यासारखे बरेच काही आहे म्हणून आम्ही ह्या मंदिराची विभागणी दोन चल चित्रात केली आहे. ह्या मंदिराचा पुढील भाग पण अवश्य पहा ही विनंती आहे.

अहील्यानगर जिल्ह्यातील अकोले तालुक्यात टाहाकरी मावाच्या छोट्याशा गावात हे मंदिर स्थित आहे.
