गढ़वा नगर परिषद क्षेत्र इन दिनों रोशनी से जगमगाया हुआ है, और इसकी वजह है समाजसेवी व कन्या विवाह एंड विकास सोसाइटी के सचिव विकास माली की पहल। उनकी शुरू की गई योजना “जगमग गढ़वा प्लान” अब लोगों के बीच चर्चा का प्रमुख विषय बन चुकी है और पूरे शहर में नई उम्मीद जगा रही है।
योजना के तहत शुक्रवार को पिपरा कला मुहल्ला के विभिन्न वार्डों में नि:शुल्क स्ट्रीट लाइट लगाई गईं। जहाँ पहले अंधेरा फैलते ही लोग बाहर निकलने से कतराते थे, वहीं अब रोशनी के बीच गलियों में सुरक्षा और सहजता की नई भावना देखी जा रही है। स्थानीय निवासियों ने बताया कि यह पहल सिर्फ लाइट लगाने तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि पूरे इलाके का परिवेश बदलने वाली कदम है।
समाजसेवी विकास माली ने बताया कि उनका लक्ष्य है कि गढ़वा नगर परिषद क्षेत्र का कोई भी हिस्सा अंधेरे में न रहे। उन्होंने कहा कि इस योजना के पीछे उद्देश्य है—रोशनी के साथ सुरक्षा, जागरूकता और सकारात्मक बदलाव को बढ़ावा देना।
विकास माली ने नगर परिषद क्षेत्र के सभी नागरिकों से अपील की है कि यदि किसी गली, मोहल्ले या सार्वजनिक स्थल पर लाइट की आवश्यकता हो, तो वे सोसाइटी के जिला कार्यालय में आवेदन करें।
उन्होंने कहा कि—
“हर जगह नि:शुल्क स्ट्रीट लाइट लगाई जाएगी। जहाँ बिजली की सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं है, वहाँ सोलर लाइट की व्यवस्था की जाएगी।”
स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि विकास माली की कार्यशैली हमेशा से नि:स्वार्थ रही है, और उन्होंने यह साबित कर दिया है कि एक व्यक्ति की सोच और समर्पण से पूरे समाज में बड़ा बदलाव संभव है।
उनकी यह पहल गढ़वा को नई पहचान देने के साथ-साथ आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए प्रेरणा बनती जा रही है।
गढ़वा नगर परिषद क्षेत्र के सहिजना मोहल्ला में मानवता की मिसाल देखने को मिली, जब कन्या विवाह एंड विकास सोसाइटी के सचिव विकास माली दो दिन पूर्व दिवंगत हुए बुजुर्ग प्रयाग राम के परिवार से मिलने पहुँचे। सहिजना के डोम टोली मोहल्ला निवासी करीब 60 वर्षीय प्रयाग राम के निधन के बाद उनका परिवार आर्थिक तंगी से गुजर रहा था।
सूचना मिलते ही विकास माली अपनी टीम के साथ पीड़ित परिवार के घर पहुँचे। उन्होंने परिजनों को ढांढस बंधाया और भरोसा दिलाया कि इस कठिन समय में वे अकेले नहीं हैं। उन्होंने परिवार को हर संभव सहायता उपलब्ध कराने का आश्वासन दिया।
विकास माली ने बताया कि कन्या विवाह एंड विकास सोसाइटी का उद्देश्य केवल सामाजिक कार्य करना नहीं, बल्कि जरूरतमंदों के सुख-दुख में साथ खड़ा रहना है। क्षेत्र में किसी भी दुखद घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही उनकी टीम तुरंत सहयोग के लिए सक्रिय हो जाती है।
उनके इस कदम की सहिजना और आसपास के क्षेत्रों में सराहना की जा रही है, क्योंकि यह पहल मानवता और सामाजिक जिम्मेदारी का मजबूत संदेश देती है।
