Community Guidelines – ApnaTube

At ApnaTube, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive environment for creators and viewers. These guidelines explain what is allowed and what is not allowed on our platform.

1. Adult & Sexual Content

ApnaTube does not allow any form of sexually explicit or pornographic content.

• No nudity, sexual acts, or pornographic material
• No sexualized images, audio, or behavior
• No sexual exploitation or abuse of any person
• No content involving or targeting minors
• No sexually suggestive thumbnails, titles, or descriptions

Any violation may result in immediate channel termination and legal action.

2. Hate Speech & Harassment

You must not upload content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination.

• No abusive, threatening, or harassing language
• No attacks based on religion, race, gender, nationality, or disability
• No bullying, intimidation, or humiliation

3. Fake, Misleading & Harmful Content

ApnaTube does not allow:

• False or misleading information
• Scams, fraud, or fake giveaways
• Videos designed to deceive users
• Fake news or manipulated media

4. Spam & Platform Abuse

The following is prohibited:

• Spam comments or repeated messages
• Buying or selling views, likes, or subscribers
• Using bots or automation
• Misleading links or promotions

5. Copyright & Ownership

You must only upload content that you own or have legal rights to use.

• No pirated movies, music, or TV shows
• No stolen or re-uploaded content
• No copyrighted material without permission

6. Impersonation

You may not pretend to be another person, creator, or brand.

• No fake channels
• No copied names, photos, or branding
• No misleading identity

7. Dangerous & Illegal Activities

Content that promotes illegal or dangerous acts is not allowed.

• No weapons, drugs, or criminal activity
• No hacking, fraud, or financial scams
• No dangerous stunts or harmful challenges

8. Thumbnails, Titles & Descriptions

All thumbnails, titles, and descriptions must be safe and honest.

• No sexual, violent, or misleading thumbnails
• No clickbait designed to deceive users
• No offensive images or text

9. Content Moderation & Enforcement

ApnaTube may remove any content that violates these rules. Repeated or serious violations may result in:

• Video removal
• Channel suspension
• Permanent account ban
