लेकिन उन्होंने कहा —
‘मैं अंग्रेज़ों की नौकरी नहीं, भारत की आज़ादी चुनता हूँ।’
जहाँ कुछ लोग समझौते की बात कर रहे थे,
वहीं नेताजी ने कहा —
‘तुम मुझे खून दो, मैं तुम्हें आज़ादी दूँगा।’
उन्होंने बनाई आज़ाद हिंद फौज,
और दिया वो नारा जो आज हर भारतीय की पहचान है —
‘जय हिंद!’
