⁣एक घने जंगल में एक काला सांप और एक तेज़-तर्रार नेवला रहते थे। दोनों एक-दूसरे को देखते ही गुस्सा हो जाते थे।
सांप को लगता था कि नेवला उसका सबसे बड़ा दुश्मन है, और नेवले को लगता था कि सांप बहुत खतरनाक है। इसलिए जब भी दोनों आमने-सामने आते, लड़ाई तय होती।
जंगल के सारे जानवर जानते थे कि अगर ये दोनों भिड़ गए, तो कोई न कोई ज़रूर घायल होगा।
🌧 एक दिन की बात है
जंगल में बहुत ज़ोर की बारिश हुई। बारिश के कारण सांप का बिल पानी से भर गया। बेचारा सांप अपनी जान बचाने के लिए इधर-उधर भागने लगा। उसी समय नेवले ने उसे देख लिया।
नेवला पहले तो हँसने लगा और बोला,
“आज तो दुश्मन फँस गया!”
लेकिन तभी उसने देखा कि सांप सच में मुसीबत में है और अगर मदद न मिली तो मर भी सकता है। नेवले का दिल पिघल गया।
🤝 मदद और बदलाव
नेवले ने सांप को पास की एक सूखी गुफा में ले जाकर बचा लिया।
सांप को बहुत शर्मिंदगी हुई। उसने धीरे से कहा,
“आज अगर तुम न होते, तो मैं ज़िंदा न बचता। मैंने तुम्हें हमेशा दुश्मन समझा, पर तुमने दोस्ती दिखाई।”
नेवले ने मुस्कराकर कहा,
“दुश्मनी से कुछ नहीं मिलता, दोस्ती से सब कुछ मिलता है।”
उस दिन के बाद दोनों ने तय किया कि वे अब लड़ेंगे नहीं, बल्कि एक-दूसरे की मदद करेंगे।
🌈 कहानी की सीख
दुश्मनी हालात से बनती है, लेकिन दोस्ती दिल से होती है।
