प्रेगनेंसी के दौरान कुछ सही आदतें अपनाने से मां और बच्चे दोनों की सेहत बेहतर रहती है। यहां 5 जरूरी काम दिए गए हैं जो हर गर्भवती महिला को जरूर करने चाहिए:
1. संतुलित और पौष्टिक आहार लें
फल, हरी सब्जियां, दूध, दही, प्रोटीन (दाल, अंडा) और सूखे मेवे जरूर शामिल करें। आयरन और कैल्शियम से भरपूर खाना बहुत जरूरी होता है।
2. नियमित डॉक्टर चेकअप कराएं
समय-समय पर डॉक्टर से जांच करवाना जरूरी है ताकि बच्चे की ग्रोथ सही तरीके से हो रही है या नहीं, यह पता चलता रहे।
3. हल्की एक्सरसाइज करें
रोजाना हल्की वॉक या प्रेगनेंसी योग करने से शरीर एक्टिव रहता है और डिलीवरी भी आसान हो सकती है। (डॉक्टर की सलाह जरूर लें)
4. पर्याप्त नींद और आराम लें
कम से कम 7–8 घंटे की नींद लें और दिन में भी थोड़ा आराम करें। ज्यादा थकान से बचें।
5. तनाव से दूर रहें
खुश रहें, पॉजिटिव सोचें और मन को शांत रखें। ज्यादा तनाव का असर बच्चे पर भी पड़ सकता है।
