🧀 Paneer Butter Masala Recipe (पनीर बटर मसाला)
यह एक बहुत ही क्रीमी और स्वादिष्ट उत्तर भारतीय डिश है जो रोटी, नान या चावल के साथ बहुत अच्छी लगती है। 😋
🥘 सामग्री (Ingredients)
250 ग्राम पनीर (क्यूब्स में कटा हुआ)
2 टमाटर
1 प्याज
2 टेबलस्पून मक्खन
1 टेबलस्पून तेल
1/2 कप फ्रेश क्रीम
1 टीस्पून अदरक-लहसुन पेस्ट
1 टीस्पून लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1/2 टीस्पून हल्दी पाउडर
1 टीस्पून धनिया पाउडर
1/2 टीस्पून गरम मसाला
नमक स्वादानुसार
थोड़ा हरा धनिया सजाने के लिए
👨‍🍳 बनाने की विधि (Step by Step)
1️⃣ ग्रेवी तैयार करें
टमाटर और प्याज को काटकर मिक्सर में पीसकर पेस्ट बना लें।
2️⃣ मसाले भूनें
एक कड़ाही में मक्खन और तेल गरम करें।
फिर उसमें अदरक-लहसुन पेस्ट डालकर 1 मिनट तक भूनें।
3️⃣ टमाटर-प्याज पेस्ट डालें
अब तैयार पेस्ट डालें और 5–6 मिनट तक पकाएं जब तक तेल अलग न होने लगे।
4️⃣ मसाले डालें
अब हल्दी, लाल मिर्च, धनिया पाउडर और नमक डालकर अच्छे से मिलाएं।
5️⃣ पनीर डालें
पनीर के टुकड़े डालकर 3–4 मिनट तक पकाएं।
6️⃣ क्रीम और गरम मसाला
अब फ्रेश क्रीम और गरम मसाला डालकर 2 मिनट और पकाएं।
🍽️ परोसने का तरीका
ऊपर से हरा धनिया डालें और गरमा-गरम पनीर बटर मसाला को नान, रोटी या जीरा राइस के साथ सर्व करें।
