⁣ (यदाद्री) मंदिर, तेलंगाना में स्थित एक प्राचीन 1500+ वर्ष पुराना गुफा मंदिर है, जो भगवान विष्णु के अवतार श्री लक्ष्मी नरसिम्हा स्वामी को समर्पित है। पौराणिक कथा के अनुसार, ऋषि ऋष्यश्रृंग के पुत्र यदाऋषि ने यहाँ तपस्या की थी, जिससे प्रसन्न होकर भगवान नरसिम्हा ने उन्हें ज्वाला, योगानंद, गंडभेरुंडा, उग्र और लक्ष्मी नरसिम्हा के रूप में दर्शन दिए। यह मंदिर 'पंच नरसिम्हा क्षेत्रम' के रूप में प्रसिद्ध है, जहाँ मूल 'स्वयंभू' प्रतिमाएँ गुफा के भीतर स्थित हैं।

यादगिरी गुट्टा मंदिर का विस्तृत इतिहास:

पौराणिक पृष्ठभूमि: स्कंद पुराण के अनुसार, ऋषि यदा ने हनुमान (अंजनेय) के आशीर्वाद से यादगिरी नामक गुफा में गहरी तपस्या की। भगवान नरसिम्हा ने पांच अलग-अलग रूपों में प्रकट होकर उन्हें आशीर्वाद दिया, जो आज भी मंदिर के गर्भगृह में विद्यमान हैं।
नामकरण: ऋषि यादव के नाम पर ही इस पहाड़ी का नाम यादगिरी गुट्टा या यदाद्री पड़ा।
ऐतिहासिक महत्व: इस मंदिर का इतिहास बहुत पुराना माना जाता है और इसे 15वीं शताब्दी में विजयनगर साम्राज्य के राजा श्री कृष्णदेवराय द्वारा भी जाना जाता था, जो युद्ध में जाने से पहले यहाँ आशीर्वाद लेने आते थे।
चिकित्सक नरसिम्हा: भगवान नरसिम्हा को 'वैद्य नरसिम्हा' या चिकित्सक माना जाता है, और यह मान्यता है कि यहाँ की यात्रा गंभीर बीमारियों को ठीक करती है।
