दिल्ली-NCR में प्रदूषण का स्तर 'गंभीर' (Severe) श्रेणी में पहुँच गया है, जहाँ AQI लगातार 400 के पार बना हुआ है। घने कोहरे और स्मॉग के कारण दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट पर 129 उड़ानें रद्द कर दी गई हैं। सरकार ने स्थिति को देखते हुए GRAP-4 लागू कर दिया है, जिसके तहत निर्माण कार्यों पर रोक और 50% वर्क फ्रॉम होम अनिवार्य है। नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाली फैक्ट्रियों को तुरंत सील करने के आदेश दिए गए हैं।
Pollution levels in Delhi-NCR have hit the 'Severe' category, with the AQI consistently crossing the 400 mark. Due to dense fog and toxic smog, 129 flights were cancelled at Delhi airport.
