Shlok:
अन्ये च बहव: शूरा मदर्थे त्यक्तजीविता: |
नानाशस्त्रप्रहरणा: सर्वे युद्धविशारदा: || 9 ||
Hindi Translation:
Duryodhana kehta hai— Aur bhi aise bahut se shoorveer hain, jo mere liye apna jeevan balidaan karne ko taiyaar hain. Ve vibhinn prakar ke shashtron (weapons) se susajjit hain aur yuddh kala mein nipun (experts) hain.
Mdarthe Tyaktajivita: Duryodhana ko pura vishwas hai ki uske dost uske liye jaan de denge (lekin ye uske ahankar ko bhi darshata hai). Yuddh-Visharadah: Ye sabhi yoddha apne-apne hathiyar chalane mein mahir hain.
Duryodhana ka manshik dwand aur uski sena ki shakti ka varnan.
