अंधेरे का फ्लाईओवर”
भाई साहब, ये कोई आम फ्लाईओवर नहीं है… ये है “एडवेंचर पार्क”
जहाँ स्ट्रीट लाइट लगी है,
लेकिन जलती नहीं है!
अब सवाल ये नहीं कि लाइट क्यों नहीं जलती,
सवाल ये है कि
क्या यहां की जनता टैक्स नहीं देती?
या फिर टैक्स देती है, या यहा की जनता ने मौजूदा सरकार को बोट नही दिया यहा की जनता को किस बात की सजा मिल रही है
लेकिन बिजली VIP इलाकों में चली जाती है?
यहां अंधेरा ऐसा होता है
कि लगता है Google Maps भी बोले –
“भाई, तू खुद देख ले, मैं भी कन्फ्यूज़ हूँ!”
रोज़ लोग जान हथेली पर रखकर निकलते हैं,
और सरकार सोचती है –
“थोड़ा सस्पेंस ज़रूरी है लाइफ में!”
एक्सीडेंट का रिस्क इतना है
कि फ्लाईओवर कम,
“डर का महामार्ग” ज़्यादा लगता है
अब बताइए,
ये जिम्मेदारी किसकी है?
जनता की?
सरकार की?
या फिर उस स्विच की…
जो सालों से “ऑफ” मोड में अटका पड़ा है?
हम बस इतना चाहते हैं
कि स्ट्रीट लाइट जले,
रास्ता दिखे,
और लोग सुरक्षित घर पहुँचें।
क्योंकि भाई…
रोशनी लगाई गई है सजावट के लिए नहीं,
ज़िंदगी बचाने के लिए होती है!
