अदालत की कार्यवाही और लाइव-स्ट्रीमिंग पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट का आदेश। बिना अनुमति कोर्ट की कार्यवाही की रील्स/वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर शेयर करना अब प्रतिबंधित।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक अंतरिम आदेश जारी कर यह स्पष्ट किया है कि अदालतों की लाइव-स्ट्रीमिंग कार्यवाही या उसके ऑडियो-वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग, क्लिप्स और रील्स को बिना पूर्व अनुमति के सोशल मीडिया या किसी भी डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म पर पोस्ट, रीपोस्ट, शेयर, डाउनलोड या मोनेटाइज नहीं किया जा सकता। इस तरह की सामग्री को शेयर करने के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट के महासचिव या संबंधित हाईकोर्ट के रजिस्ट्रार जनरल से अनुमति लेनी होगी। अदालत ने स्पष्ट किया है कि इस आदेश का पारंपरिक न्यूज़ रिपोर्टिंग पर कोई असर नहीं पड़ेगा, मीडिया संस्थान अपनी खबरों के तहत रिपोर्टिंग जारी रख सकते हैं।
