⁣👉 राजस्थान सरकार ने PM सूर्यघर मुफ्त बिजली योजना और मुख्यमंत्री निःशुल्क बिजली योजना के तहत एक नई पहल शुरू की है जिसमें घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं को प्रति माह 150 यूनिट तक बिजली मुफ्त दी जाती है। यह पहल पहले की 100 यूनिट फ्री बिजली योजना से बढ़ाकर 150 यूनिट कर दी गई है।




🧾 योजना का उद्देश्य




इस योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य घरेलू बिजली उपभोक्ताओं का बिजली बिल शून्य (0) करना तथा सौर ऊर्जा (Solar) को बढ़ावा देना है। इसके तहत उपभोक्ताओं को सोलर पैनल के जरिए बिजली उत्पादन से लाभ मिलता है और पर्यावरण के लिए स्वच्छ ऊर्जा का उपयोग बढ़ता है।




⚡ मुख्य लाभ




✅ 150 यूनिट तक बिजली बिल शून्य:
अगर आपका घरेलू माहवारी उपभोग 150 यूनिट तक है और आप योजना के तहत पात्र हैं तो आपका बिजली बिल ₹0 होगा।


✅ सोलर पैनल सब्सिडी:
सरकार 1.1 किलोवाट (kW) क्षमता के रूफटॉप सोलर प्लांट पर कुल लगभग ₹50,000 की सब्सिडी देती है:
• केंद्रीय सरकार से ₹33,000
• राजस्थान सरकार से ₹17,000
इससे पैनल लगवाना पूरी तरह मुफ्त बन जाता है।


✅ स्मार्ट मीटर मुफ्त:
प्लांट लगाने पर स्मार्ट बिजली मीटर भी मुफ्त मिलता है, जिससे खपत को बेहतर तरीके से मॉनिटर किया जा सकता है।


✅ अतिरिक्त बिजली बेचने पर आय:
अगर आपका सोलर सिस्टम अतिरिक्त बिजली बनाता है और आप इसे ग्रिड में डालते हैं, तो इसके लिए आपको भुगतान भी मिल सकता है।




📌 पात्रता (मुख्य रूप से)




✔ राजस्थान का स्थायी निवासी होना चाहिए।
✔ अपने बिजली कनेक्शन के तहत पंजीकरण आवश्यक है।
✔ सोलर पैनल लगाने पर ही 150 यूनिट फ्री बिजली का लाभ मिलता है।




🏠 कैसे मिलेगा लाभ





रजिस्टर्ड उपभोक्ता को पहले से पंजीकृत होना चाहिए (मुख्यमंत्री निःशुल्क बिजली योजना के तहत).
अपने घर की छत पर सोलर पैनल लगाने होंगे।
DISCOM/बिजली विभाग द्वारा निरीक्षण के बाद सब्सिडी और फ्री units लागू होंगे।







⚠ ध्यान देने योग्य बातें




🔹 जो घरों के पास छत नहीं है या सोलर पैनल नहीं लगवा सकते, उनके लिए अलग व्यवस्था (community solar) पर काम चल रहा है, लेकिन अभी पूर्ण रूप से लागू नहीं हुआ है।
🔹 अगर आप 150 यूनिट से ज्यादा बिजली खपत कर लेते हैं, तो अतिरिक्त units के लिए सामान्य बिजली दर लागू होगी।
