कर्नाटक सरकार ने बेंगलुरु के एम. चिन्नास्वामी स्टेडियम को अंतरराष्ट्रीय क्रिकेट और IPL मैचों की मेजबानी के लिए फिर से मंजूरी दे दी है। जून 2025 में एक दुखद भगदड़ की घटना के बाद सुरक्षा कारणों से यहाँ बड़े मैचों पर रोक लगा दी गई थी। अब KSCA द्वारा सुरक्षा और भीड़-प्रबंधन का नया रोडमैप तैयार करने के बाद, सरकार ने कड़े नियमों के साथ अनुमति दी है। क्रिकेट प्रशंसकों के लिए खुशी की बात यह है कि इस साल के IPL मैच अब इसी प्रतिष्ठित मैदान पर खेले जा सकेंगे।
The Karnataka government has officially cleared Bengaluru’s M. Chinnaswamy Stadium to host international cricket and IPL matches once again. Major sporting events were suspended at the venue following a tragic stampede in June 2025. After the KSCA submitted a comprehensive roadmap for enhanced security and crowd management, the Home Department granted permission under strict guidelines. This marks a significant return for cricket in Bengaluru, with the stadium set to host IPL matches this season.
