सरगवा आलू मटर की स्वादिष्ट सब्ज़ी 😋

🥘 सामग्री:

सरगवा (ड्रमस्टिक) – 2 नग

आलू – 2 मध्यम आकार के

हरे मटर – 1 कप

प्याज – 1 बारीक कटा

टमाटर – 2 बारीक कटे

हरी मिर्च – 2

अदरक-लहसुन पेस्ट – 1 छोटा चम्मच

हल्दी – ½ छोटा चम्मच

लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1 छोटा चम्मच

धनिया पाउडर – 1 छोटा चम्मच

गरम मसाला – ½ छोटा चम्मच

जीरा – ½ छोटा चम्मच

तेल – 2 बड़े चम्मच

नमक – स्वादानुसार

हरा धनिया – सजाने के लिए


👩‍🍳 बनाने की विधि:

1. सरगवा को धोकर 2 इंच के टुकड़ों में काट लें।


2. आलू छीलकर छोटे टुकड़ों में काट लें।


3. कढ़ाई में तेल गर्म करें और जीरा डालें।


4. प्याज डालकर सुनहरा भून लें।


5. अदरक-लहसुन पेस्ट और हरी मिर्च डालकर भूनें।


6. अब टमाटर डालें और मसाले मिलाकर अच्छे से पकाएँ।


7. आलू, मटर और सरगवा डालकर 2 मिनट चलाएँ।


8. जरूरत अनुसार पानी डालें और ढककर 12–15 मिनट पकाएँ।


9. जब सब्ज़ी अच्छी तरह पक जाए तो गरम मसाला और हरा धनिया डाल दें।
