आज की कहानी है बनारस के दो जानी-दुश्मन पड़ोसियों की— शर्मा जी और मिश्रा जी! कहानी में ट्विस्ट तब आता है जब शर्मा जी एक ऐसा सफ़ेद बकरा खरीद लाते हैं, जो कोई मामूली बकरा नहीं बल्कि "स्मार्ट बकरा" है! यह बकरा न सिर्फ इंसानों की भाषा समझता है, बल्कि लोगों का भविष्य भी बताता है।
जब मिश्रा जी इस बकरे की पोल खोलने के लिए एक महँगे सेब की बाज़ी लगाते हैं, तो बकरा कुछ ऐसा कमाल करता है कि पूरे मोहल्ले के होश उड़ जाते हैं। मेथी के पराठे से लेकर रात के अंधेरे में बाल्टी टकराने और 500 रुपये की घूस खाने तक... यह कहानी आपको हँसा-हँसाकर लोटपोट कर देगी!
