We’re just two weeks out from the 50th Colgate Women’s Games Finals! This event is all about empowering young girls to find their strength and pursue their dreams, on and off the track. I’m so excited to be part of #runnung where I can show love to the women who paved the way and celebrate the next generation of athletes. When you give this sport all that you've got, you never know how far it can take you.

If you’re in NYC, come see me on February 7 at The Armory. Tickets are free but required. Grab yours through the link follow along for updates.

Can’t wait to see you there and watch these amazing young athletes compete!

But seriously, how does Sha’Carri Richardson get those results? 🏃‍♀️💨
She’s not tall for a sprinter, and physically she doesn’t look like she has “superpowers” like some Jamaican champions. Yet she runs 100 m in 10.65 seconds and leaves everyone behind on the track! ⚡
The secret isn’t height or perfectly built muscles.
The secret is the mind, reaction, technique, and character.
She trains like a beast, thinks through every step, and knows how to use every tiny detail of her body to the maximum.
That’s why she’s called a phenomenon of athletics.
And it proves once again: you don’t have to be “perfectly built” to be the best. What really matters is skill and mindset.
So what do you think is more important for speed: the body or the mind? 🤔
