यह न सिर्फ डीटीसी को भारी नुकसान पहुंचा रहा है, बल्कि सरकार को मिलने वाले टैक्स की भी चोरी हो रही है।
सब कुछ आंखों के सामने होने के बावजूद कोई कार्रवाई नहीं होना कई सवाल खड़े करता है।
